**Congratulations anastacia was named 'female artist of the year' at the Nordic Music Awards in Oslo, Norway at the weekend. this award is a huge deal as it marks anastacias come back from her time out from cancer as a massive sucess and secondly these awards are voted by 'you' 'me' 'us' her fans which evidently should put anastacia in good running for the Europen MTV Awards next month....you can vote for anastacia at the mtv awards by going to: http://www.mtv.co.uk/ema remember for best female, best pop and best song, or check out HMV stores and 'the sun' newspaper for voting sheets.

...oh my goodness 11 days to go!! to what i hear you wonder? untill ana-freakin-stacia performs her first UK leg of her 'live at last tour' wehey!! so Xxxxxxcited. if it turns out to be as good as the last anastacia concert i went to in london, well dude it will be freaking excellent, can't believe it has come around so quick and i have my front-ish row tickets!! (locked in a safe buried deep deep under ground)

ANAstacia has been nominated for '3' MTV european music awards, which take place on november 18th live in Rome, Italy. They include 'best female' and best song for 'LOA'.

Also ana is taking part in the 'royal variety performance' on 12 december, uk at the London Coliseum. anastacia performed at this event in 2002, and did quite an elvis 'ahhuh' performance!!!

*October is breast cancer awareness month, so Ana (along with many other celebrities) has designed her own stiletto, which will be auctioned off along with an autographed photo, on Oct. 31 at www.stuartweitzman.com. in aid of breast cancer. Anastacia who is a breast cancer survivor, covered her shoe in orange patterned fabric and a gold chain. Starting bids are around $300 (wow) but this is an exceptional cause. *picture of the shoe in the photo gallery.

I loved it! It is always hard to come back from a little break when you take some time off so my “sea legs” have come back on and I am excited to be back. I am excited to connect with my fans again.
