The profits from the book, that will hit bookstores next month, will be used for the benefit of the 'Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research' and the 'Breast Cancer Research Foundation' - so i guess ana must like good o'l apple pie! - yummie.

~Singer Anastacia has blasted female celebrities who undergo breast enhancement surgery and spend their lives trying to achieve a "Paris Hilton-thin" body. The I'm Outta Love beauty - who successfully beat breast cancer last year - has learnt to accept and love the body she was born with.
But she's astounded by the number of stars who employ a variety of methods to better their look, when they're already beautiful enough.
She says: "I've always appreciated life and been really grateful. I feel like I'm just coming into womanhood - strange as that may sound right after breast cancer.
"I can do a photo shoot and still feel sexy and wonderful, and I don't have to have implants the size of kingdom come, or be Paris Hilton-thin to fit in.
"I'm living proof that you can go through breast cancer and still find yourself attractive for who you are. I'm not the prettiest girl in the world. I don't have the best body. But I'm comfortable with what I've got." -ireland online

~ANA refuses to get in touch with her father touch with her father Robert Newkirk, who left her family when she was just five.
The I'm Outta Love singer was hurt Newkirk never bothered to see her during her widely-publicised breast cancer ordeal last year and insists contacting him is pointless, because she could never relate to a parent like that.
She explains: "I don't have a deep desire to know my father. My brother and sister and I got forgotten about by him, and we haven't spoken to him in a ridiculous amount of years. He never contacted us after he and my mother broke up.
"I've seen that happen all over America. I can't relate to someone allowing a piece of his own flesh to be on the Earth and not want to be connected. I hate it when I'm even away from my dog. I never felt rejected as a kid. We had a fulfilling life with my mum. She was so strong." - ireland online


~Anastacia has confessed to having lap dances from other women. But the sexy singer, who recently won her battle with breast cancer, claims she wasn't turned on.
She revealed: "I've had lap danced but it doesnt turn me on - she's doing her thing and it's like she's working on a car with no battery.
"To me, there's something nasty about it, like she's been rubbing herself on God knows how many people, and I'm like, 'Urgh!' She's had her hoochie in a million people's eyeballs and then she's gonna poke it in yours and you're gonna give her cash?"
Anastacia also says she would never be tempted to have a lesbian fling. She told Britain's FHM magazine: "I've got all those female parts - I don't need any more. Why purchase what you already have?"

Anastacia: Sony Ericsson using tour as marketing tour
~Sony Ericsson is using US soul pop singer Anastacia's European tour as the springboard to launch its new entertainment camera phone.

The mobile giant will use Anastacia's sold-out Live at Last tour to promote its new F500i phone through product demonstrations, VIP parties and by allowing selected customers to meet Anastacia backstage.

Other activity includes in-store marketing and event hit squads, as well as an MMS tour diary, downloadable voicemails and live performance ringtones from the tour for its customers.

Steven Croix, global customer marketing director at Sony Ericsson, said: "Anastacia is a very exciting artist and is a perfect fit with F500i target audience."

Anastacia's European tour kicks off on the September 25 where she will visit cities in Germany, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Austria, Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland and the UK.

Anastacia's unique blend of soul, pop and rock has ensured a string of top ten hits, including 'I'm Outta Love'.
